Due to the high demand for our Items, we process our orders directly from our manufacturers overseas hence we advise around 3 to 5 Weeks delivery time for orders from most major countries. It might take little longer during Black Friday sale, Chinese New Year Time and Christmas time. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping times, please contact our support team at support@diyosworld.com with your order number included in the email, we will do our best to respond with in 24 hours.
Our head office is situated in the United Kingdom. But we have fulfilment centres in 5 (UK, USA, GERMANY, CHINA AND AUSTRALIA)countries.
Not all the country has to pay the VAT but countries like USA, UK and other European Countries’ customer has to pay VAT on the goods received.
Unfortunately No. As we have several different warehouses for different product lines situated across the globe, all your items are packed separately and not as a single package. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So, you will probably receive one item before the next. Please don’t panic if you don’t receive all your items at once! 🙂 you’ll receive all your items but individually in separate packages.
