How long does it take to ship out the order?
It takes about 3-7 business days to customize the pendants and ship out.

Does it tarnish or change colors?
No. We use a coating process called PVD – Physical Vapor Deposition – to coat our jewelry in Gold or Silvertone. 

PVD utilizes a titanium nitride that provides an extremely durable coating that makes our jewelry more resistant to corrosion from sweat and regular wear than the usual plating.
